I was also at the concert at Jefferson Community College and started volunteering at 8:00am that morning. The Band shows up 2 hours late and their sound guy walks in and pulls attitude on the staff when everyone was their to assist and most were soldiers from Fort Drum. I think the sound guys name is rick and he was degrading to the military volunteers. It was very unfortunate since everyone was their to help and make their show enjoyable for all but Gloriana and their staff did not do that! I agree with below based on my experience that These guys are using the U.S. Military members for publicity and promotional advancement! I hope Jay Leno pulls them from the show!

I'm a soldier from the 91st Military Police Battalion from fort drum, New york. This band performed a show at Jefferson Community College last night and myself, along with several other soldiers from our unit helped to set up and tear down for the performance. After the show was over and we were taking down the venue, I noticed the set list on the ground and it said that they were giving public thanks to the local radio station, Fort drum soldiers and the JCC student activity group. Mike Gossin, read the list off and skipped over the soldiers who were the primary reason that this event was able to take place due to set up and tear down. Not only did they fail to mention the soldiers in thanks, they did not perform the "soldiers song" and when questioned, the manager stated " I don't have a comment for that". I am not trying to sound like I'm complaining or bitter, but if it wasnt for the soldiers the venue would not have even been possible. These guys are using the U.S. Military members for publicity and promotional advancement. Anonymously yours, U.S Army Soldier
