"I met my husband Jeremy in 2005. For our first Christmas, he gave me the diamond heart in the photo. It was the first real diamond I had ever received, and I was so excited. We were married in March of 2007 and excited about starting our lives together and hoped to have kids. In October of the same year, Jeremy passed away suddenly from an enlarged heart. He was only 28. In the other heart in the photo is a small amount of his ashes, so until I was ready to let go I could always have a piece of him with me.
